Born: April 1995
Died:
2015

Sire: N9CH “Henry”, bay pinto
Dam: N9BN, bay

Sex: Stallion
Color: Bay pinto

Acquired first band: 2005

Usual range: Middlemoor north through the Levels tidal flats; occasionally seen in the campgrounds during the summer.

Interesting tidbits: Conan was one of the more elusive stallions; his band was often not seen during population surveys, but always showed up eventually. He had only been observed in the developed area of the park one time in his lifetime.  He appeared to prefer living a wild life away from people.  Conan acquired his first band after leaving Speck’s band in 2005.  He typically kept small bands of two to three mares.  He did not sire any offspring.  He is the half brother of Charcoal N9BNZ through his dam (mother) N9BN, a bay mare. Through his sire, Henry N9CH, Conan is the half-brother to Llama Boy N6BMS, Sonja N6BMT, and X16P.
