Interesting Tidbits: Princess was contracepted annually (starting in 1994) but continued to produce a few unexpected foals. Unfortunately, due to being habituated by humans, two of her offspring were removed from the island. The first being unnamed chestnut stallion N9BMP, who was transferred to Chincoteague and sold in the 1994 CVFD pony auction, later followed by N9BMR "Fabio" in 2011, who was transferred to Cleveland Amory Black Beauty Ranch in TX where he was able to live out his remaining years.
