N6BMT-FW "Assateague Ivy" was born in late May or early June, to dam N6BMT-F "Jojo" and sire N9BFQ-GP "Tommy ThunderBolt Nektosha"
Assateague Ivy was named by Carla Horne of Danville, PA through a Name Those Foals fundraising raffle. Carla has been visiting Assateague Island in both Maryland and Virginia for over 60 years and during her many visits would always look for ivy, poison ivy. Carla chose the name because she thought it would be fun to look for another Ivy while visiting Assateague, a beautiful filly.
Her current range is between Tingles and Little Levels on the OSV and in the developed area in the summer.
