N2BHS-MRU "Nieta Pixie" was born on May 30, 2022, to dam N2BHS-MR "Sease's Bay Breeze". The probable sire is N2BHS-AG "Joy".
She was named by Devlyn Carmichael and Donna Casper through the Name That Foal fundraising auction. They chose the name "Nieta" (pronounced ny-etta) for its Spanish meaning of "granddaughter" and "Pixie" because they say, "she is so tiny and delicate, yet full of sass." Devlyn and Donna went the extra mile and donated the $225 in collected tax (AIA traditionally refunds the Namer the amount automatically charged by eBay) to the Cleveland Amory Black Beauty Ranch to support Nieta Pixie’s grandsire, N6ELS-H "Delegate's Pride", in his new forever home.
At this time, Pixie remains with her birth band. They reside in the Developed Area year-round, often bouncing between the State and National Park.
