N2BHS-JS "Cookie & Kream" was born on May 10, 2020, to dam N2BHS-J "Shasta" and sire M6MS-G "Chestnut"".
Cookie & Kream was named by John and Marilyn Bittel of Pittsburgh, PA, through a Name That Foal fundraising auction. The couple was given quite the holiday surprise when they opened their gifts and found a certificate for foal naming rights from their son, Kirk and his fiancée, Brianne. John and Marilyn are devoted grandparents and chose the name to honor their granddaughter, Kendal and her favorite riding pony named "Cookie". The brown and white coloration reminded them of cookies and cream, so they replaced the "C" with "K" as a nod to their granddaughter.
Cookie & Kream is growing up but hasn't started to wander.... yet! He can still be found alongside his birth band on the Northern portion of the island, often across from the Ocean City airport and inlet.
