N2BHS-APV "Little Acorn" was born on April 2, 2023, to N2BHS-AP "Linda Rae's Autumn Glory" and N10T-JO "Assateague Phoenix". She was named by the Springer family through the Name That Foal fundraising auction. Joni Springer shared this about her family’s name choice and its significance: “We chose the name in honor of my mother Barbara Young who passed away in 2022. She called our family farm Little Acorn and we, as a family, have so many fond memories of her and the farm so we thought this would be a fun way to keep her memory alive while also representing our beloved farm. The acorn is believed to be a symbol of many things such as fertility, growth, fresh starts, strength, patience, and potential. Many people also see it as a good luck symbol, so we thought it was a perfect fit for the new little filly."

Little Acorn and her brother, N2BHS-APU "Jack Seabright", are off on their own now and can often be seen roaming the Developed Area together.
