They chose Aster for star, and the native plant found on the island, and linia, which is Polish for line, to describe the line shaped marking on her face, also known as a ‘blaze’.
She is currently with N9BFQ-GL "Mr Frisky Hooves" in the Developed Area of Assateague Island.
