Interesting Tidbits: Jonathan’s shoulder was seriously injured in a fight with several stallions for a mare that had joined their bachelor band. He could bear almost no weight on that leg for several weeks, but he kept up with the band. After the injury healed, he earned his first harem by driving the other stallions away from that mare that had so disrupted their bachelor group
