Join AIA volunteer and citizen scientist Dick Arnold for an informative hands-on program discovering Horseshoe Crabs. Find out how valuable this living fossil is to the global ecosystem, humans too, and how Horseshoe crabs are tagged and why. This event is free and family friendly.  All gifts of donation support Assateague Island’s Alliance’s mission to promote the awareness and protection of Assateague Island National Seashore’s wildlife and natural resources for the enjoyment of current and future generations. Meet at Assateague Environmental Education Center; 7206 National Seashore Lane, Berlin, MD 21811. Free refreshments will be served at 10:30pm.
